Ring or message us
Tell us what's going on. We give you an honest read on the phone, what we'd do, what it'll take, the rough cost.
- When you ring 0472 657 042, a person picks up, not a callback service.
- We ask the right questions to understand the job: where you are, what the issue is, how urgent.
- For emergencies, we give you an ETA right then (typically within the hour anywhere on the Gold Coast) and we'll talk you through anything you can do to limit damage while we drive.
- For non-urgent jobs, we book a quote visit at a time that suits you. No quote-only call-out fee during business hours.
Site visit + fixed quote
We come out, see the job, and put a fixed price in writing. No surprises, no "variations" mid-job.
- We come out, look at the actual job (not what someone described over the phone), and quote in writing.
- The quote is fixed-price. The only time we'd quote a variation is if the actual scope of work changes, e.g. you decide to add a basin to the bathroom reno, or we open up the wall and find rotten timber framing that needs the chippy.
- We include everything: labour, parts, compliance certification (where applicable), and a clear description of the work.
- You take the quote away, compare it to others if you want. We're not in a rush.
Booked in + done
We turn up when we said, work clean, and leave the place tidy. Workmanship guarantee in writing on every job.
- Once you approve the quote, we book the job at a time that suits you.
- We arrive when we said, if we're going to be late we ring before the scheduled time, not after.
- Drop sheets go down. Boot covers in renos. Rubbish out at the end of every day.
- The work is done to QBCC code, pressure-tested, commissioned and certified (for gas).
- You get a written invoice, photos of the work, and a workmanship guarantee in writing.
- If anything we did isn't right, we come back and sort it. That's the guarantee.
The principles behind how we work
No callout fees during business hours
Coming to look at a job and quoting is free. Some plumbers charge a callout just to turn up. We don't.
Fixed price quoted in writing, every time
Hourly-rate quoting on residential plumbing is where most people get burnt. Fixed price means you know exactly what you're paying before any tools come out.
Variations only if the actual scope changes
We don't add "variation" charges for things that should've been part of the original quote. If we missed something, that's on us.
Compliance certificates included
Every gas job comes with a compliance certificate. Plumbing inspections sorted where required. No paperwork on you.
Workmanship guarantee in writing
If something we installed fails because of how we installed it, we come back and fix it. Manufacturer warranties on parts apply separately.
Tidy worksites, every time
Drop sheets, boot covers, rubbish removed at end of day. Your house is a worksite, but it should still feel like your house.
