Anyone touching a gas line in Queensland needs a gas work licence. We're fully licensed gas fitters and every job comes with a compliance certificate. If a plumber offers to do gas work without one, they're breaking the law and your insurance won't cover the job.

Do you charge a callout fee?+
During business hours, no — quotes are free. After hours has an emergency rate which we tell you on the phone before we leave. Either way, you see the price before any work starts.
How fast can you get to a burst pipe?+

Are you licensed and insured?+
Yes. QBCC licensed for plumbing and gas, plus full public liability insurance. Gas work in QLD is licence-only, and our compliance certificates are part of every gas job.
Do you do new build plumbing?+
Yes. We do new home plumbing from slab to handover, including drainage, rough-in, hot water, gas, fit-off and final certification. Quoted on plans.
Can you handle a full bathroom renovation?+
Yes. Strip-out, rough-in, fit-off and final testing. We coordinate with your tiler, electrician and waterproofer, or we can run the whole reno for you if you want one point of contact.
